The Uspallata Hotel

The Uspallata Hotel, is a well-known hotel in Mendoza. As the hotel name indicates, it's located in the small skiing town of Uspallata. From the outside it seems to be a big freezing hotel, but when you go inside, you'll find a warm lobby. The hotel is old fashioned, but it doesn't need doing up.

The hotel is such a big building , that it has aproximately 200 rooms. The room I've stayed was clean and had a real awesome view to the mountains,  but it had a problem, the room was quite small to be with someone else. Even suites were small, although they were fantastically decorated, and the view was better than the view I had. Food was OK, you have a wide variety. The hotel has a heated pool, which is big enough and well heated. This nice hotel has the quality of beeing near very important skiing-centres in  Mendoza and if you want to go further, Chile.

The hotel costs minimum $150 per-night, obviously depending on the room.

I think I'd come back to this hotel, I liked it. So, I recommend it for everyone. Price and food are OK, and rooms are really comfortable. If you want to spend some days in Uspallata, come to this hotel.

Hi Adam

Hi, I'm Lucas. How are you doing? Thank you for the e-mail.
I see we don't have many things in common. Actually, I have never gone skateboarding, but I'd love to try. Obviously, I'm not going to be good at it the first time, but it might run. I love playing basketball. Here in my country, basketball isn't as well known as football , but luckily people like basketball more every day. You would love it, when you come, we are goning to play several games, if you want. I also like playing computer games, I love playing Age of Empires. For me it's a great game, I can spend hours playing it. I really enjoy,  going to cinema. I like horror flims and science-ficion too. I like every kind of music, such as pop and rock music, just like you do.
I think, I'm going to be really busy during the day, but I would love to go to any castles near your town. Are there any near? If there aren't, never mind, I'm sure there are many things we can do. We can also go to a club. Will your parents let us go?
Write back soon, see you
Lucas.
